This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:
This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me – and only me! I share what I know about reading because I truly love reading and know that parents need help when it comes to making sure their children learn how to read.
However, at the same time, I do believe it is OK that I am compensated by advertisers for the time and effort I put forth in sharing this information with you. I may be earning money from the book you purchase, plugin you buy or the course you sign up for. You may also see ads in my sidebars and footers – and I receive compensation for these as well. (And I thank you for supporting me in this way!)
One thing that is important to note is that the money I am paid will never influence the content, topics or posts I make.

Often times, I am provided with a book for review and for my time and sharing my opinions, I am allowed to keep the book for my personal collection. This will be properly disclosed on the giveaway itself as I have nothing to hide.
